Welcome to OnlyChefs, a monetization platform for chefs and food enthusiasts. By using our services, you agree to these terms and policies. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions
•“Platform” refers to the OnlyChefs website and mobile application.
•“Creator” refers to chefs and culinary content creators using the platform to share content.
•“User” refers to individuals who subscribe to and consume content on the platform.

3. Account registration
Creators and Users must register to use OnlyChefs. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information upon registration and to update it to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Conditions for Creators

4.1. Ownership of the Content
Creators maintain ownership of their content but grant OnlyChefs a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content on the platform.

4.2. Content Guidelines
All content must be original or properly licensed. Content must not violate laws or the rights of third parties. OnlyChefs reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

4.3. Monetization

Creators receive 80% of the subscription revenue generated by their content. OnlyChefs keeps 18%, and 2% is donated to our Foundation. Payments are made monthly, subject to a minimum payment threshold.

5. Conditions for Users

5.1. Subscription
Users agree to pay the subscription fees set by the Creators to access their content. The standard subscription rate is defined by the Creator who is free to choose a subscription rate.

5.2. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable. However, OnlyChefs may, at its discretion, grant refunds in the event of technical problems or the unavailability of content.

5.3. Use of Content
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or share paid content outside of the platform without the explicit permission of the Creator.

6. Intellectual property
The OnlyChefs platform, including its logo, design, and features, is the exclusive property of OnlyChefs Inc. Users and Creators may not use our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

8. termination
OnlyChefs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Users can cancel their account at any time by contacting customer support.

9. Limitation of Liability
OnlyChefs is not responsible for the content posted by the Creators. We do not guarantee or endorse the accuracy, quality, or safety of any content or product presented on the platform.

10. Amendments
We may update these terms and policies at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delaware courts.
